Shipping Costs

All shipping is at a set fee of €9.50 for ROI delivery.  Once your order has been received, it will be dispatched within 24 hours.

Returns

Time:

If you have ordered the incorrect shade, or you have changed your mind, you have 7 days (from date of receipt) to return the product for an exchange or full refund (exc. postage charges).

If the product is faulty you may return within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund (exc. postage charges)

Product Condition:

If you have ordered the incorrect shade, or you have changed your mind, products must be unopened/unused with all seals intact.

Method of Refund:

All refunds will be made to the same method of payment used.
